Our Mission for 2011: Expand by 30 stores.

Pretty Girl is always searching for new locations or expanding existing ones. The fast pace and growth of our company requires the constant need for new opportunities. Our targeted locations are to be heavily trafficked by Latino and African Americans, not limited to the Tri-State area. We are open to work with landlords, brokers or others to review offers and discuss terms.

New Store Criteria

• Opening Windows

• Store Size 3.000 – 10.000 sq. ft. with a minimum of frontage.

• Demographics – low to moderate-income areas with a minimum of 50% African customers, Latino customers help but our experience has led us to believe that we have greater success/ profitability with the customers.

• City Concentration – We are looking to expand in existing “Major League” type markets which may include those communities which are adjacent to these markets, less than 50 miles away.

• Use clause – The sale of women’s junior’s. Clothing and related accessories and services sold from time to time in similar stores operated by tenant or its affiliates.

• *Strength of our Merchandise – How can we be distinguished from our competition. Pretty Girl primarily sells “Fashion • Forward Edgy” junior and plus sized apparel to the major metropolitan customer.
