Q. What levels of management positions do you have in your stores?

We currently have 3 levels of management in our stores.
• Junior Assistant Manager – someone with 6–12 months’ previous management experience.
• Assistant Manager – Someone with 1-3 years previous management experience in a fashion retail store.
• Store Manager – someone with 3+ years previous management experience, with 1 year as store manager in a fashion retail store.
